All of our classes are highly fun, engaging and educational. We combine a unique mix of movement, philosophy and breathwork. It’s a perfect environment for both parents and children alike to grow, learn and expand. Gifting benefits such as self-awareness, and character growth to nurturing fine motor skills and coordination.


In-studio classes

Adult + Baby Yoga
Baby  (6 weeks – sitters) + Adult Yoga

Come get do yoga with your baby at your workout! Bond with your Baby Sprout and experience all the mind and body benefits of yoga.

Your Baby Sprout will be by your side or can be incorporated right into your workout. After this class, you’ll be energized and your little one will be ready for a nap!

  • All skill levels welcome

  • Designed for babies 6 weeks to crawlers but older kids are welcome

  • Please bring adult yoga mat for class

  • 1 child per adult

  • Class is 1 hour

Adult + Toddler Yoga
Toddler (new crawlers & up) + Adult Yoga

Come get do yoga with your toddler at your workout! Parents and caretakers, come and enjoy a series of challenging postures in a fun yoga environment. Bond with your toddler and experience all the mind and body benefits of yoga. Little ones are free to explore our space while adults sneak in a workout.

We provide toys and books as a fun distraction or feel free to bring your own!

  • All skill levels welcome

  • Please bring adult yoga mat for class

  • 1 child per adult

  • Designed for new crawlers and up but older kids also welcome

  • Evenings and weekends - older kids welcome

  • Class goes for 1 hour

Kids Yoga
Toddler (18 months - 3 years) w/adult

Come with us on an adventure! Bond with your little one as they develop their coordination, confidence, mindfulness, balance and their mind-body connection in our playful environment.

Fun empowering poses, games, breathing techniques, partner poses and exciting music will have you and your child beaming.

  • All skill and experience levels welcome, join at any time

  • Class is designed for Sprouts 18 months to 3 years but older kids are welcome

  • 1 adult per child

  • Class is 45 minutes

Baby Yoga
Babies (6 weeks to crawlers)

This unique class is for babies only! Learn Baby Yoga exercises to strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help your infant towards their next stage of development. We will help our little ones into yoga poses and developmental exercises as we sing, dance and play! We'll make tummy time fun, work on brain development skills, as well and build strength for sitting, scooting, crawling and walking. This class is too sweet to miss! Moms, Dads and caregivers are welcome! Class is 30 minutes.

Music Time
Babies, Toddlers, & Kids (6 weeks - 5 years) w/adult

Music is the mediator between the life of the senses and the life of the spirit. - Beethoven

Mindfulness can take many forms including music and play. You will sing, laugh and giggle with your baby in a fun, soothing environment that encourages improvisation and playfulness. Sing childhood favs, wave colorful scarves, dance to an array of musical styles and play with our shakers and rhythm props to nurture a life long love of music.

Sensory Play Time - Kids
Kids (2 - 5 years old)

In our Sensory Play Time class, children will learn about elements of art like shape, color and line while experimenting with various materials like paint, paper and clay. They have fun expressing themselves creatively and take home awesome projects!

Kids Yoga

Family Yoga
Yoga class for kids, adults & families together (ages walkers - 8 years)

Yoga is a fun, joyful and peaceful way for families to move together mindfully. This class is an introduction to yoga with an adventure theme that focuses on FUN AND COMMUNITY!

We begin by focusing and tuning-in, followed by a playful practice that includes animal poses, partner poses, music, games and lots of laughs. Class ends with guided imagery and relaxation. While our adventures are centered around the kids, adults will get a good stretch in too!

  • Anyone can do it and everyone will enjoy it

  • 1 adult per child

  • Class is 45 minutes


Yoga in School

Lil Village Yoga offers customized, in-school classes for all ages.  

Our on-site programs involve our fun-filled, children’s yoga program using music, props, obstacle courses and more. Yoga helps improve strength, flexibility, focus, confidence, body awareness, and interpersonal connections and is overall, super fun!

Our school programs include:

  • Trained, certified yoga teacher who conduct classes at your school

  • Age-appropriate games, music, and props to make yoga fun

  • Specialized breathing exercises and relaxation techniques

  • Live Scan/TB records available

  • 30-60 minute yoga classes
